Score: 4.3/10 (Innovation: 5, Technical: 3, Documentation: 2, Utility: 5)

Cosyra is a mobile control plane for steering coding agents like Claude Code and Codex CLI on a user's own machines from a phone. The pitch of remote orchestration of local agents is timely, but the submission offers almost no substance to evaluate.

Target audience: backend devs and AI-assisted developers
