Edgepad turns an Android phone into a Bluetooth trackpad, media remote, and control panel for laptops, with features like corner rulers, macros, a virtual gamepad, and screen annotation. It avoids network dependencies by using direct Bluetooth pairing, offering a privacy-focused alternative to remote-desktop apps. The project is ambitious and well-documented, though Mac and Linux support are still experimental.

Target audience: end users, developers, remote workers
