Claude Tandem is a macOS CLI and menu-bar app that lets you run multiple Claude accounts side by side using isolated profiles, and transfer Claude projects, memory, and context between accounts and Macs via handoffs. It's interesting because it works around the single-account limitation of Claude's app and Code by cloning the app per profile and verifying file transfers byte-for-byte.
