Paddock is a mod for the Herdr desktop app that replaces the default spaces sidebar with an Orca-style project-centric workspace organizer, grouping spaces under git repos or folders and listing their agents with live status indicators. It is a well-scoped incremental enhancement for Herdr users who manage many concurrent AI agent sessions, though its audience is limited to that app's ecosystem.

Target audience: developers using Herdr with AI coding agents
