A web-based proposal to replace twice-yearly daylight saving jumps with a smooth daily adjustment of up to ~32 seconds, spreading the hour shift across the year. It includes an interactive demo, an offset chart, and a functional Smooth Time clock, and revives William Willett's original gradual idea with modern networked-clock feasibility.

Target audience: general public, curious developers, time/calendar enthusiasts
