Tracegate CI is a local CI tool that records per-test code footprints (executed functions, loaded modules, read files) and uses a ledger plus a shadow audit period to safely skip tests whose footprint hasn't changed. It includes a broker for queuing work, adaptive capacity management, AI-assisted red triage via MCP, and automatic suspension when a skip is proven wrong.
Target audience: backend developers, frontend developers, devops, AI coding agent users
