Score: 6.0/10 (Innovation: 6, Technical: 7, Documentation: 5, Utility: 6)

Molehill turns Mullvad WireGuard VPN connections into a rotating HTTP CONNECT proxy with support for sticky sessions and country-based exit selection. It's an interesting combination of proxy, VPN, and session management that fills a niche for programmable rotating IPs without a commercial proxy service.

Target audience: devops, backend devs, privacy engineers
