Papilot is a TypeScript/React workspace that lets researchers annotate and review LaTeX papers as PDFs, with AI agents (Codex, Claude, Antigravity) applying edits in LaTeX and returning typeset before/after diffs for accept/reject. It combines SyncTeX-based PDF-to-LaTeX line mapping, per-task Git worktrees, and agent-driven conflict resolution, filling a real gap for academics uncomfortable with LaTeX source editing.
Target audience: academic researchers, LaTeX authors, and supervisors writing and reviewing papers
