Score: 4.8/10 (Innovation: 4, Technical: 5, Documentation: 5, Utility: 5)

The provided content describes nos2x, a Chromium extension that implements the NIP-07 Nostr signer interface, allowing web apps to request public keys and signatures without exposing private keys. However, the title and URL reference 'Diagonals (Diago)', a chess variation, suggesting a mismatch between the submitted link and the README. The project itself appears to be a focused, useful tool for the Nostr ecosystem, but its documentation and scope are basic.

Target audience: frontend devs, backend devs, nostr developers
