HypeSeoul is an AI-painted, isometric 3D map of Seoul built from OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps, and Korean building register data, with a fine-tuned image model repainting each tile. It adds real-time features like Seoul-time day/night cycles, moving vehicles and boats, and live subway positions on lines 1, 2, 3, and Gyeongui–Jungang. The project is a visually striking technical showcase of combining geospatial data, generative imagery, and real-time transit feeds.

Target audience: frontend developers, data visualization enthusiasts, urban planning hobbyists, generative AI practitioners
