Pseudogress is a high-performance PostgreSQL mock server written in Rust that simulates many virtual databases for load-testing PostgreSQL clients, especially multi-tenant PostgREST. It records real database responses and replays them with configurable latency and faults, allowing thousands of connections without a real database. The project uses a class-based configuration, records time-aware data, and provides a Nix-based build.
Target audience: backend developers, devops engineers, database administrators
