Vesalius is a macOS on-device code graph server exposed via MCP that gives Claude Code five tools (usages, feature_map, outline, architecture, dependency_cycles) to answer structural codebase questions with file:line evidence, cutting token usage roughly in half. It is interesting for its fully local Swift implementation of a typed code graph over SwiftSyntax and its clean agent integration, though it is currently macOS/Apple-silicon-and-Swift-centric.
Target audience: AI-assisted developers, Swift/macOS developers, backend devs using Claude Code
