Score: 6.0/10 (Innovation: 6, Technical: 7, Documentation: 7, Utility: 4)

A static-site wrapper that runs Microsoft Encarta 95 (and Windows 95) entirely in the browser via the v86 emulator, using a pre-booted RAM snapshot and paged 256 KB disk chunks streamed on demand, with custom pointer-lock/touch controls and page hash-routing for articles. Technically clever engineering (synchronous XHR patching for the CD driver, host-side cursor modeling) but essentially a nostalgic demo rather than a new tool, and users must supply the copyrighted ISO themselves.

Target audience: retro-computing enthusiasts and emulation hobbyists
