Dánwò is a TypeScript-based end-to-end testing framework for web and mobile apps that combines UI testing (via locators or cached plain-English agent steps) with backend emulation of third-party providers (Stripe, Clerk, Resend, etc.) and a fault matrix for verifying invariants under injected failures. Its novel backend-aware testing and recording/replay agent steps address a real gap in E2E tooling, and it integrates with Playwright, Cypress, Detox, and CI/coding agents.
Target audience: frontend and backend developers, QA engineers, devops engineers, mobile developers
