Score: 5.3/10 (Innovation: 4, Technical: 5, Documentation: 7, Utility: 5)

CeruleanToolbox is a local Blazor Server web app that lets you manage Azure resources using a service principal (App Registration) with a GUI for many resource types and a built-in PowerShell console. It stands out for its honest documentation and localization support, but is early-stage with many destructive operations untested, limiting its current utility.

Target audience: Azure developers and cloud engineers
