Score: 7.3/10 (Innovation: 7, Technical: 7, Documentation: 9, Utility: 6)

Offscreen runs macOS UI tests and GUI apps in throwaway VMs, keeping your desktop free from pop-ups and focus stealing. It provides a CLI, daemon, and menu bar app with a job queue and two lanes (VM and host) for different isolation needs, making it easy for agents to run UI tests without interrupting the user.

Target audience: macOS developers, QA engineers, and AI coding agent users
