Aethel-Core is a Web Application Firewall implemented in SWI-Prolog that uses n-gram tokenization, recursive obfuscation decoding, and sliding-window DDoS detection to block Layer-7 attacks. It is interesting as an unconventional demonstration of Prolog for real-time security filtering and as a generator of Chat-ML datasets for neuro-symbolic AI training, though the production reverse-proxy layer is still under development and core threat data is proprietary.
Target audience: security engineers and Prolog/neuro-symbolic AI researchers
