mosh-rs is a Rust rewrite of the mosh remote terminal, maintaining wire compatibility with mosh 1.4 while adding native Windows support and opt-in scrollback. It includes extensive conformance testing against upstream C++ code, including differential fuzzing of the terminal emulator and crypto interoperability tests. The project targets the long-standing gaps in mosh (no Windows client, no scrollback) without breaking protocol compatibility.

Target audience: devops, backend developers, system administrators, Windows developers
