Lunatic Fling is a cel-shaded 3D remake of the classic After Dark screensaver game Lunatic Fringe, offering Newtonian space combat with a new sector generated daily. It's a polished indie game with a free-to-play model and a one-time in-app purchase for leaderboards and cosmetic skins, but the README is sparse and the project appears to be a closed-source commercial release rather than an open-source project.

Target audience: retro gaming fans, casual gamers, fans of the original Lunatic Fringe
