sqlite-multiwriter is a SQLite VFS extension that enables concurrent writes by giving each writer a private WAL and merging commits with optimistic concurrency control. It achieves 3-5x higher write throughput and drastically reduces SQLITE_BUSY errors for multi-threaded and multi-process workloads while preserving the SQLite file format.
