DocFlare AI is an open-source, zero-cost RAG chatbot widget that runs entirely on Cloudflare's free tier, combining Workers, Workers AI, Vectorize, and D1. It provides a one-tag embeddable chat widget with streaming answers and source citations, plus sitemap crawling, section-aware chunking, and two-stage retrieval with reranking. The project is notable for packaging a full hosted chatbot alternative into a single deployable Worker without external API costs.

Target audience: backend developers, devops, technical writers, developer advocates
