Mockfreeli is a Chrome extension that finds license-free music similar to a given YouTube song, leveraging a local server for vocal separation and a curated database of 36,000 audited tracks. It targets content creators needing copyright-safe background music, offering previews, license details, and auto-generated credits. The project is in preview and shows promise but has limited documentation and relies on an unknown backend.

Target audience: content creators, YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, video editors
