net19 is a Chrome extension that restores the 2019 design of over 170 popular websites by injecting custom CSS and hiding post-2019 features. It's interesting because it provides a lightweight, privacy-focused way to reclaim a familiar browsing experience, with per-site toggles and graceful fallbacks when designs change.

Target audience: end users, frontend developers
