Accent CMS is a Rust-based flat-file markdown CMS distributed as a single binary, with WASM plugins, Jinja-style templating, and an admin UI. It combines static site generation and dynamic serving with a proprietary freemium model, though the repository only hosts binaries and not the source code.

Target audience: web developers, content creators, and small teams seeking a performant markdown-based CMS
