Agent Scrub is a macOS menu bar app that scans local history files from AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) for leaked API keys and secrets, and can redact them in place. It addresses a real and growing security gap as more coding agents store transcripts and tool output on disk, all while keeping processing local and never touching active credential stores.
Target audience: Developers using AI coding agents, security engineers, devops
