Karma Compass is an AI-powered board management tool for nonprofits that ingests bylaws, policies, board packets, and meeting minutes to answer natural-language questions with cited passages. It emphasizes verifiability by quoting sources and refusing to answer when documents lack coverage, which is valuable for governance and compliance use cases.
