xverb is a dual-pane file manager built in Flutter with a plugin architecture inspired by Blender, where core functionality is minimal and everything else—viewers, network transports, archive support—is implemented as Python plugins or declarative JSON extensions. This deliberate constraint demonstrates a powerful, extensible plugin surface that could enable community-driven feature growth, though the project is early-stage with limited platform support and no signing yet.

Target audience: power users, developers, system administrators
