duckdb.mk is a minimal build system for local DuckDB projects that uses Make and SQL files to create data pipelines. It parses SQL queries to infer dependencies via DuckDB's json_serialize_sql and generates Make rules to build Parquet tables. It's an interesting alternative to dbt for small-scale, single-machine data engineering.
Target audience: data engineers, analytics engineers, researchers
