Outloud is a cross-platform PDF accessibility checker that implements PDF/UA-1 and WCAG 2.2 conformance rules along with novel semantic rules that detect issues even conformant validators miss. It runs as a CLI, CI tool, and local web app, with no JVM or Windows requirement, filling a real gap left by PAC and veraPDF.

Target audience: backend devs, devops, accessibility engineers, document engineers
