Vending Machine Lab is a browser-based simulator that lets users model a small autonomous business (vending machine, laundromat, digital product, AI service) and run a 14-day rehearsal while unavailable. It focuses on exposing operational dependencies and letting users iterate on rules, but all outcomes are fictional and no real automation or external services are involved.

Target audience: indie hackers, solopreneurs, small business owners, automation enthusiasts
