Social Reps is a mobile app that blocks distracting social media apps until you perform a set number of exercises (e.g., push-ups) verified by on-device camera pose detection. It combines digital wellbeing with fitness accountability, using Apple's Screen Time API on iOS and a full-screen overlay on Android. The privacy-focused, on-device processing and resistance to cheating make it a novel take on screen-time control.

Target audience: mobile users, fitness enthusiasts, productivity seekers
