Reachdev is a developer marketplace where recruiters pay to contact developers who have opted in, aiming to reduce spam and give developers control over outreach. It's an interesting model that inverts the typical job board dynamic, but the project is in early access with minimal public documentation and no visible technical implementation.

Target audience: developers seeking job opportunities, technical recruiters
