VocalClip is a web-based voice recording and sharing tool that lets users record up to 3 minutes of audio and share via a link without requiring an account. It's essentially a Vocaroo clone with a focus on job applications, offering a simple, no-friction way to send voice clips. The project is a standard CRUD application with basic audio handling, and while it fills a niche for quick voice sharing, it lacks significant technical innovation or documentation depth.

Target audience: job seekers, recruiters, general users needing quick voice sharing
