Commit Town is a gamified visualization tool that turns GitHub commit activity into a growing town, with buildings and landmarks representing commits, PRs, and releases. It aims to make developer consistency visible without guilt mechanics, but the project is still in waitlist stage with no public code or demo beyond a landing page.

Target audience: developers
