PinAllWindows (now named Ztab) is a Chrome extension that synchronizes pinned tabs across multiple Chrome windows and provides a side panel for tab management with keyboard shortcuts. It addresses a common pain point for users who work with many windows and want consistent pinned tabs, though the concept is relatively straightforward.
