Paper is a CLI tool for developers to maintain a daily journal, capturing the rationale, fears, and aspirations behind their work that typical engineering artifacts like Jira tickets or PRs miss. It aims to become a personal record useful for performance reviews, promotion packets, and interviews. The project is early-stage with minimal documentation and unclear technical depth.

Target audience: software engineers and developers interested in reflective practice and career growth
