Score: 4.3/10 (Innovation: 4, Technical: 3, Documentation: 4, Utility: 6)

RefurbAlert monitors Apple's official refurbished store across 21 countries and sends email/Telegram alerts when stock appears, addressing the lack of native notifications and fast sell-outs. It's a simple but practical solution with a freemium model, though not technically deep or innovative beyond a standard scraper.

Target audience: consumers looking for refurbished Apple deals
