Score: 4.0/10 (Innovation: 5, Technical: 3, Documentation: 2, Utility: 4)

Avery is a tool for building web apps, mobile apps, and AI agents privately, apparently via natural language prompts. The README is primarily a marketing narrative without technical details, making it hard to assess actual capabilities. It targets a potentially useful niche of unified local development but lacks substantive evidence of implementation.

Target audience: citizen developers and backend/frontend developers seeking rapid prototyping
