Score: 4.3/10 (Innovation: 5, Technical: 3, Documentation: 2, Utility: 5)

Dotflowy is an open-source alternative to Workflowy, combining hierarchical note-taking with plugin extensibility inspired by Obsidian and a UI styled after Linear. The project is introduced only via a tweet, so technical details and documentation are minimal, but it targets a clear niche for users wanting a self-hosted, extensible outliner.

Target audience: productivity enthusiasts, knowledge workers, self-hosting users
